Join us as we make a pair of “harem”/Salwar / Şalvar pants. This will be focused on general technique of how I make these pants, and not a look at the historical patterns of this style of pants.
Workshop is on March 29, 2026 at Quilting Mayhem in Snohomish (1011 2nd St, Snohomish, WA 98290).
Set up starts at 10:30am, workshop starts at 11:00am, ends at 4:30pm.
What is required:
Minimum 2 yards (standard apparel width or greater) of fabric. For larger pants, recommended 3 yards.
What is recommended, but not required:
Sewing Machine
Matching thread
Preferred Elastic
Sewing Supplies (fabric pins, fabric scissors, cutting mats, etc)
We will have the recommended supplies there to use if you don’t have them, but if you do it will help with time if you bring yours.
